How to use Nasya Oil in a daily routine

Instill 2-3 drops in each nostril with the head tilted back. Inhale deeply and gently massage the nose to distribute evenly.

If a tilted head position is not possible, coat the little finger with the oil, and insert it into your nostril. Spread the oil evenly to all nasal membranes. Sniff a few times and massage gently.
