Description

Yoga is not just an exercise but a complete approach of body and mind, which eventually helps to elevate our souls. Therefore, each class includes an initial relaxation, followed by breathing and yoga exercises, and a short meditation (Yoga Nidra) at the end. None of the two classes are the same as I love to bring a variety of exercises and make it interesting for my clients.

The private yoga session will be designed from a very easy to advanced level, based on the client’s level and flexibility.

Various breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques will be explained and taught thoroughly during the private yoga session. These practices are very effective in calming and controlling our minds, which can save us from a lot of mental and emotional imbalances. Some of them can be practiced at night before bed time for relaxing sleep.
