Poha Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes ⏰Yield: 1 Serving 🍴 Ingredients: 1 cup Poha (Flat Rice) ½ cup water ¾ tbsp oil ¼ tsp cumin seeds 8 to 10 pieces of peanut/cashew/raisin ⅓ cup onion/potato ¼ tsp small pieces of green chili ¼ cup corn ¼ tsp turmeric 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp fresh lemon/lime juice ½ tsp salt Cilantro and sunflower/hemp/pumpkin seeds for garnish Preparation: Wash the flat rice with room temperature water for a couple of times.
