We all use spices to cook our food, such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, mint, basil, thyme, etc. These spices are immunity boosters. However, very few of us know about their health benefits.
Every spice has some Immunity Booster capacity
The spices are loaded with nutrients like vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, and healthy fats to support the body’s cellular system, as well as containing healthy sugars and calories. Thousands of scientific researches are proving their countless therapeutical benefits. Most importantly, they help to build a strong immune system to defend any foreign pathogens. They are also a good source of antioxidants that bind to free radicals to prevent cellular damage.
Here, I would like to share a very simple immunity booster tea recipe that can be made from kitchen spices.
